ROLES:
Full charge and responsibility for professionally maintaining customer lawns, including mowing, turf applications, turf renovations, and occasional turf installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professional quality mowing and lawn management
Train and oversee mowing personnel for quality, efficiency, and safety
Application of fertilizers, herbicides, etc.
Turf renos in fall
Obtain and maintain 'Certified Applicator' certificate
RESULTS:
High level of customer satisfaction
High level of production efficiency
Requirements:
- Valid Va Driver's License
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- F.A.C.T. Certification and Commercial Applicator's Certificate w/in 6 mos
COMPENSATION:
- Salary commensurate with experience
