Scope and Responsibilities:

USA-CLEAN is seeking a talented, goal-oriented person to fill its National Account Support position. This position is in Decatur, IL. The role of the National Account Support is to manage select relationships and projects at a profitable level, while providing general support for National Account Sales. The right candidate for this position is energetic, driven, and passionate about providing a top-notch experience to our corporate customers. The position may reach beyond the standard “8 to 5” business hours on occasion. This position will report to Customer Service and National Account Support Manager. Minimal to no travel required.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain corporate relationships within an assigned book of accounts
  • Manage day to day customer activity within assigned accounts
  • Provide monthly reporting to specific accounts
  • Manage customer equipment fleets internally and nationally
  • Provide direction to corporate accounts on best practices
  • Provide support to sales and management as needed to maintain and grow business
Requirements:

Technical Skills Required:

  • Two to three years of previous experience in customer service
  • Exceptional phone skills
  • General knowledge of accounting processes
  • Detail oriented
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results, ability to see and play the end game.
  • Ability to use common sense and use critical thinking skills on the fly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
