Overview
Legacy Medical Group Neurology is looking for a Neurohospitalist to join our team.
Legacy Medical Group Neurology has neurohospitalists at all five Legacy Health stroke centers and has five outpatient practice locations with sub-specialty programs in movement disorders, epilepsy, vascular neurology, headache, and neuromuscular disease.
Legacy Health is looking for a neurohospitalist to join our collaborative team. The neurohospitalist would be based primarily at Good Samaritan Hospital, located in Portland, Or. This full-time position provides consult service for all neurology patients and night call via telemedicine. Opportunity to work at multiple campuses including our Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver, WA., to participate in outpatient follow up stroke clinic, and clinical trials supported by the Legacy Research Institute. Stroke Center Medical Directorship for the right candidate. Vascular neurologist preferred.
Neurohospitalist experience and/or Vascular neurology fellowship training desired but not required.

Our hospitals also include an extensive neurosurgery program, a neurocritical care unit, a cardiothoracic surgery program, level I trauma center, and a residency program in internal medicine. Teaching opportunities for medical students and residents.
Legacy will consider other sub-specialties for exceptional candidates.
