Hopper Consulting & Staffing is now assisting in providing staff to the FDVA nursing home throughout Florida. We are in need of CNA's, LPN's and RN's to fill the needs at the Veteran's Nursing Homes in various locations through out Florida. The pay rate for this assignment is below. This assignment is a flat rate, no travel pay or per diem.
CNA - $20.00 per hour
LPN - $30.00 per hour
RN - $50 per hour
This is an ongoing assignment, full time & part time / PRN hours are available. Over time is also available at the discretion of the facility. Must be willing to work ROTATING WEEKENDS or SOME WEEKEND SHIFTS

PANAMA CITY: Chester Sims 4419 Tram Rd. Panama City, FL. 32040 (CNA ONLY - Evening Shift ONLY)
PORT CHARLOTTE: Douglas Jacobson 21281 Grayton Terr. Port Charlotte, FL. 33954 (LPN/RN Evening & Nights ONLY, CNA all shifts)
ST. AUGUSTINE: Clyde E. Lassen 4650 State Rd. 16 St. Augustine, FL 32092 (LPN/RN Evening & Nights ONLY, CNA all shifts)
ORLANDO: Alwyn C. Cashe 5255 Raymond St. Orlando, FL. 32814 ( CNA/LPN/RN - ALL SHIFTS)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
