180-bed Nursing Facility located in Chipley, Florida is seeking an Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) who is specialized in medical and health services management. The NHA will supervise clinical and administrative affairs of facility. Typical duties include overseeing financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and other duties as specific positions demand.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep it on track for its long-term goals and mission
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility, including profit and loss responsibility and ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Providing leadership to all facility staff in meeting the goal of providing quality resident care.
- Responsible for establishing financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
- Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit reports on facility operation, as required.
Requirements:
- A current Florida Nursing Home Administrator license
- Must possess proven leadership ability as an administrator in either a long-term or subacute care facility.
- Must possess demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement.
