Office Aide Job at County of Page
The County of Page has an opening for a part-time position as Office Aide in the County Administrator’s Office. This person serves as the receptionist for the County Government Center and is responsible for providing assistance to the public and receiving and routing calls to the proper person or office. The requirements for this position include competency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Word, Excel, and Outlook, excellent communication skills, ability to exercise a professional demeanor and be able to develop an effective working relationship with the general public and office staff. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school is beneficial. Starting hourly rate is $15.00. The maximum number of hours for this position is 25 per week,and must be flexible.
