Looking for a great opportunity and a career in the Staffing industry. We have an opening for a Full-Time Assistant working out of one of our client’s locations in Palm Springs. Must be bilingual in English and Creole or Spanish.
Must be able to work Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities Office Assistant
- Responsible for handling/processing New Hires/Rehires.
- Assists with recruiting.
- Conducts and documents audits of attendance and workplace safety issues.
- Prepares and provides detailed reports (e.g., attendance, tardiness, absenteeism, turnover, and other requested reports).
Job Requirements Office Assistant
- Must be Bilingual English and Creole or Spanish.
- Must have Strong Customer Service skills.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have great problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Outlook Proficiency.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
- Have a flexible work schedule.
- Must be able to work different schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
