The Operating Room Materials Coordinator is responsible for management of the supplies for the surgical department, including ordering, receiving, storage, returns, establishing and maintaining par levels as well as control over consignment items.

Education: High school graduate or GED certificate and 18 years of age
Experience: Previous experience in purchasing and/or control of supplies preferred. Operating Room experience strongly preferred. Nursing experience is a plus. Has basic understanding of cost effective supply management skills; Ability to understand, follow and respond to verbal and written instructions given by supervisory personnel.
