Provides support to account management as it regards to Folding Cartons. The incumbent builds relationships with assigned key account to position Amcor as a preferred and trusted business partner and pro-actively participates in and contributes to the future growth and development of this account.

Responsibilities
Validate and confirm order price to customer according to pricing rules and bill accordingly- Establish and manage all aspects of the relationship to local customer affiliates
- Participate in colour matching trials and support start up of new products
- Handle non-conformities
- Participate in regional cross-functional teams and facilitate local cross-functional sessions
- Value Plus activities. Actively enter actions in sf.com at local level according to Sf.com guidelines. Actively reduce/avoid cost leakages on local level, e.g., transportation costs, stocks, payments, order intake vs. commitment
- Complete month end activities at local level (e.g., KPI, statistics…)
- Gather market intelligence and report same to customer team
- Manage local legal order and delivery requirements
- Support Commercial Activities
- Team Member in CI-driven projects
- Prepare internal sales forecast based on customer forecast and other customer and internal insights
- Provide complete analysis of forecast movements and compare against account targets and budget
- Present action plans to deliver sales against/above budget
- Support budgeting activities
- Identify, engage with the customer and manage new volume opportunities
- Manage day to day communication with Folding Carton Customers
- Cascade actions to multiple teams and follow up to guarantee execution according to customer requirements
- Attend relationship management meetings with the customer (monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, etc.)
- Gather and consolidate market intelligence information (competitor landscape)
- Perform profitability analysis of the account and report improvement recommendations
- Support working capital management and reduction (accounts receivables, board inventory)
- Provide insights into pricing review and approval
- Control One Time Cost (OTC) and pricing request/submission process
- Maintain price lists in the shared folder
- Participate and manage key projects associated with the account
- Regularly visit the customer
- Design solutions and review processes to guarantee alignment to evolving customer needs
