The Position:
Acting as an Operations Assistant with Smart Green Solar you will be responsible for handling both Inbound and Outbound Customer Calls. You will assist with Customer Retention, Email and Text Campaigns, Improving Customer Reviews, and ensuring that your portfolio of Customers are aware of the timeline of their Solar Project.
Compensation Plan:
- Hourly Pay ($20-$23) plus Bonuses (as defined by Department Manager)
- Paid Time Off as Accrued - Up to two weeks your first year!
- Medical, Dental and Vision available after 60 days of employment
- Monthly Company Outings - Dave and Busters, Bowling, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Touchpoint for subcontractors and customers (quoting and scheduling).
- Data Entry across various platforms for reporting purposes.
- Maintenance on opened accounts with rejection cases and moving it forward until the account is approved for funding.
- Responsible for assisting Senior Management with daily reporting on all pending accounts.
- Submitting all accounts for funding through our various lenders.
Qualifications:
- Must be an excellent communicator and highly motivated
- Should have a Positive Mental Attitude and Desire to be Successful
- Must be able to have reliable transportation to and from the office
- Must be 18 or older and have flexible scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
