Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to assist our growing companies. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, and possess good communication skills, ability to analyze business and financial processes that is proficient with desktop software applications.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the operations team and initiatives while delivering Raving Fan service to our customers, monitoring ATM Placements to identify issues in the field, problem solving to correct issues, supporting field-level maintenance and upgrade initiatives, coordinating with field service teams on work to be done, analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions, traveling to specific markets to perform work/upgrades/repairs/installations, managing costs, reporting on progress and escalating issues as needed. Interaction will be made with both vendors and customers via email and telephone.

Requirements

• Full Time in Kaysville Office (8am-5pm) with some after hours support as needed
• Experience preferred in managing a distributed base of technology assets
• Strong system and process focus
• Technical experience in troubleshooting and assembly
• Ability to work with Excel and other Microsoft software packages
• Experience managing service level agreements
• Creative Problem Solving
• Strong analytical skills
• College degree a plus
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs

ATM Experience a plus (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
