Position Title: Operations Coordinator
Reports to Fleet Manager(s)
Schedule: Monday to Friday and as needed.
Location: Tampa
- Supports Crewing as directed by Fleet Manager(s) and may include, but not limited to the following:
- Filing Paperwork/Uploading crew documents
- Terming crew members
- Calling Jobs/union halls
- Visa applications
- Scheduling flights and transportation for crew
- Verification of Employment
- Supports HSSQE Manager as requested by Fleet Manager(s) and may include, but not limited to the following:
- Create Spreadsheets
- Update and Close CARs
- Pulling reports from NSE
- Tracking Certificates for the Fleet
- Update Spreadsheets and shoreside binders
- Assists in scheduling training for crew members, as requested by Fleet Manager(s)
- Tracks training dates and participants
- Orders and organizes supplies for shoreside office.
- Creates POs for invoices, as requested by Fleet Managers and Superintendents
- Communications and mail distribution to the vessels
- Assists in scheduling office maintenance appointments.
- Tracks fleet wide appraisals
- Assists with tracking/reporting for EU-MRV as instructed by Fleet Manager(s)
