Summary

We're looking for a strategic Operations Manager to join our Premises Operations Department.

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of programs. They should be capable of independently communicating to executives in both formal and informal scenarios, as well as effectively escalate and manage program level issues and risks. This role is responsible for supporting internal process improvement initiatives and to improve project management capabilities. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

  • Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities.
  • Responsible for creating program strategy and benefits and ensures that each project has the appropriate infrastructure to support the goals of the program.
  • Effectively align project timing, strategy, and objectives to support programs in a way that is more beneficial than managing individual projects.
  • Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
  • Responsible for supporting internal process improvement initiatives and to improve project management capabilities.
  • Take initiative in tracking, anticipating, and proposing likely developments for the organization to stay ahead of departmental needs and requirements.

Qualification

  • 2-3 years Operational or C-suite Support experience required.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Diplomacy, pragmatism, and assertiveness.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills- People Oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change.
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plus.
