Our client, a well-known college in the Milton area, is actively searching for an Operations Specialist to add to the team at its Nursing School. The ideal candidate for this role is consistent, reliable, organized and detail-oriented with at least two years of experience in an operations or administrative role. This position offers opportunities for long-term growth and parking availability.

Compensation: $25 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Keep up to date with school’s simulation/lab equipment catalogs and operation manuals
- Order, organize, maintain, and restock skills lab and simulation laboratory supplies
- Schedule, organize, and plan complex global travel arrangements including flights, travel visas, restaurant reservations
- Operate patient simulators and cameras for the duration of simulations
- Set up and put away learning equipment for skills lab, health assessment, and simulation scenarios
- Analyze information, generate reports, prepare agendas, and draft correspondence
- Work both independently and cross-functionally with middle and senior management
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a professional environment with at least 2 years of operations or administrative experience
- Must be able to proactively identify team needs and solve problems
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to function independently, attention to detail, prioritize multiple projects, and handle confidential information
