Our Fulfillment Associates are responsible for retrieving and packing orders, shipping orders to customers and keeping the warehouse clean. A successful candidate cares about how a package leaves our building and is recieved by our customers, strong organizational skills and an eye for detail are key. The right candidate will have an interest in processes, procedures and systems management, as well as the ability to work both independently and under the direction of others. All skills required for the job can be taught to someone with a desire to learn. You need to be physically capable to lift rolls of fabric upto 75 pounds off and onto racks, and use a dolly to move product around.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare goods for shipment to customers.
• Receive goods from vendors and stores.
• Scan and record inventory.
• Cancel orders for damaged or defective goods.
• Manage products on their respective racks and maximize rack efficiency.
• During the summer months you may also be asked to help with outside tasks to help keep our grounds and facilities in good condition.

Additionally:

We are ideally looking for candidates that can work in the warehouse and help transform our warehouse from the existing rack system to a new more efficient one. This requires materials handling, use of pallet jacks, and pallets, dissassembling racks and reassembling them in new locations. It also requires lifting heavy rolls of products onto and off of racks.

We are looking for one part time position and one full time position. This is a growing business and we are in need of people that are interested in working in a low stress environment, but one where there is always something that needs to be done.
