Order Management Specialist Job at Westaff
WESTAFF is actively recruiting for Order Coordinator the Durham area.
$15.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience.
1st Shift-7:30am-5pm- and weekend work required/OT required at peak season
Order Coordinator Duties:
- Greeting Customers
- Assisting customers with their incoming and outgoing rental orders.
- Administrative duties: Copying, Filling, Data Entry
- Explaining to customers how to use some of their rented equipment/load into their vehicles.
- Answering phones and determining which coordinator to transfer to
- Data entry of orders
- Charging of credit cards, called into office for order payment
- Copying and filing as needed
- Assisting customers at the counter with their rental orders, (pickup and returns)
- Assist customers over the phone with order placement
- Assist other dept. as needed, (order pulling, linen processing, etc.)
