Order Processor Job at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking an Order Checker in partnership with a prominent client in Conklin, NY within the distribution industry.
Pay: $16.00/ hour
Shift: 1st shift / 4am - 2pm
- Locate product ensuring product ID is correct
- Check stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information to verify accuracy of shipping order
- Maintain inventory, purchasing and shipping records
- Conduct cycle counts, assist in the physical inventory, and determine on hand supply and need for restock
- Operate warehouse equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Inventory Control Tech Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in temperatures as low as -20 degrees F and as high as 100 degrees F with proper PPE
- Availability to work a fleible schedule, incuding weekends
- Capable of lifting a minmum of 40 pounds
- Ability to understand instructions
