Overview:
We are a diagnostics laboratory looking for Client Services personnel.
We are looking for an customer service representative to work the overnight shift. Days varying, rotating schedule.
Description:
Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a keen attention for detail. Candidate will work closely with clients by scheduling labs, following up to obtain patient’s results, send out reports as needed, dispatching other personnel (phlebotomists) to different locations. Candidate will have hands on in the day-to-day office clerical operations including, but not limited to, medical records retrieval and distribution and other clerical tasks or projects assigned by a Manager.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, and someone who would like to learn and grow within our Company.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office platforms and products
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
