Coastal Security Services, Inc. is currently accepting resumes/applications for an Operations Manager in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Applicants with law enforcement and military backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. As an operations manager you will be expected to:
- Preparing and maintaining the schedule. Assist/Manage scheduling supervisors and make quick operational decisions on or off duty.
- Assist, train and retrain on proper policies and procedures. Coordinate training for new officers and their supervisors in your territory.
- Inspect officers for any discrepancies (Uniform, vehicle, equipment, etc.). Make sure they are performing the job to company and client standards.
- Attempt to fix equipment (basic issues) and report anything that requires more assistance.
Employment Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School or GED
- No Arrest Record
- Valid Driver Licenses
- Pass Background Check
- Drug Test
- Available for all shifts
- Professional Attitude
- Reliable Transportation
- Work Well with Others
- Military Honorable Discharge (if applicable)
- Professional appearance (military grooming standards)
