Green Dragon is one of Colorado's largest cannabis companies and top retailers with 17 locations and 3 cultivation facilities, and continually growing! As of January 2023, Green Dragon has over 18 locations in Florida. As we expand our footprint throughout the state, we are looking for individuals with great work ethic to join our team at our Palatka, Florida facility.

The prospective employee will work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (7pm - 7:30am) and provide non-armed security for the premises, to include other duties as requested.

Job purpose

• Support the day-to-day workflow within the Cultivation facility

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring external and internal security of the facility
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work space
• Trimming
• Moving material
• Cleaning
• Assisting with production and daily duties, as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Top notch attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening

Working conditions

• Long periods of sitting and/or standing, noisy work environment, warehouse temperature affected by outside conditions

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
