OVERNIGHT SHUTTLE DRIVER Job at Continental Auto Parts
Job Overview:
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday Overnight 5pm-2am.
DOT certification or willing to be DOT certified required
Job Responsibilities:
· Transfer parts in between locations as assigned.
· Deliver and pickup parts timely and efficiently.
· Communicate with Branch Manager, Warehouse Manager, Dispatcher and Purchasing Department for delivery/pickup instructions and schedules.
· Check parts for visible damages and properly load parts onto the truck.
· Keep assigned truck/van clean.
· Other duties assigned by superiors.
· Accept ISO 9001 core responsibilities and authorities, as applicable.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED a plus. Automotive parts experience a plus.
Language Skills: English is required, bilingual is a big plus.
Licenses/Certificates: Must have valid driver’s license. Certificate to operate company machinery is a plus.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk: to carry objects ranging from a few ounces to more than 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities are required by this job from close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

- Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)

- Passenger Endorsement (Preferred)
- CDL (Preferred)
- CDL B (Preferred)
