IMMEDIATE HIRE- MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST P/T
SEEKING TO HIRE AN EXPERIENCED P/T MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST FOR A BUSY PHYSICIAN'S PRIVATE GROUP PRACTICE IN SMITHTOWN, NEW YORK.
HIRING FOR 4 DAYS A WEEK FOR AFTERNOON-EVENINGS, HOWEVER, APPLICANT SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE TO ASSIST WITH EXTRA COVERAGE WHEN NECESSARY.

EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE ANSWERING PHONES, CHECKING PATIENTS IN AND OUT OF THE OFFICE, COLLECTING PAYMENTS, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, AND OTHER GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES. APPLICANT MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH WORD AND EXPERIENCED USING EMR SOFTWARE. WE WILL TRAIN ON OUR EMR SYSTEM, VALANT MEDICAL SOLUTIONS. MULTI-TASKING, AND PLEASANT PHONE MANNER A MUST. OUR STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
