Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts: Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends shifts are required.
Duties include but are not limited to:*
- Delivering Packages to Residents.
- Escorting deliveries in and out of buildings in a safe manner.
- Logging packages into our Building Link system.
- Organizing package room.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Positive and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Applicants must be punctual, reliable and consistent team player
- Prior experience working within luxury residential buildings preferred
- Basic computer skills a plus
