What you will do

• Prepare regulatory documents for customers
• Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems.
• Prepare responses to customer requests for information, such as product data, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys, or questionnaires
• Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents.
• Prepare or direct the preparation of additional information or responses as requested by regulatory agencies.
• Prepare or maintain technical files as necessary to obtain and sustain product approval.
• Provide technical review of data or reports that will be incorporated into regulatory submissions to assure scientific rigor, accuracy, and clarity of presentation.
• Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory submissions for TC products.
• Participate in internal or external audits.
• Escort government inspectors during inspections and provide post-inspection follow-up information as requested.
• Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures.
• Obtain and distribute updated information regarding domestic or international laws, guidelines, or standards.

What you have to offer

• BS in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Packaging Science, other related technical discipline, or equivalent in regulatory experience for the converting or plastics industry.
• Expertise in packaging requirements and design; preferably 10 years+ experience in packaging manufacturing processes, specifically blown and cast film production, extrusion and adhesive lamination, printing, and bag/pouch converting.
• Proven strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly, as needed.
• Prefer that individual live within driving distance to one of TC Packaging’s locations
