Now Accepting Applications for a Part-Time Assistant Bookkeeper
- Responsible for taking sales orders over the telephone for our Janitorial Supply Company
- Responsible for entering orders into ERP software
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data entry
- Responsible for greeting customers
- Responsible for answering phones & directing calls
- Responsible for running daily reports
- Responsible for creating cash receipts
- Responsible for filing paperwork
- Must be willing to take on other office-related tasks as needed
- Must be friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
- Hourly rate of $21
- Monday through Friday (No Weekends)
- 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
