Downeast Toyota is seeking a part time Cashiers to provide exceptional customer service to our customers in our busy Parts and Service Departments.

POSITION INFORMATION:

The Cashier receives various methods of payment from customers and employees for parts and service and records the amount received in an accurate manner. S/he is often the customer's last point of contact with The Company, and therefore, must represent our organization in a friendly, courteous and professional manner to ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of customer service experience.
• One year of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Professional personal appearance and pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to learn dealership computer systems, cash register and other office equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products helpful, but not required.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with integrity and poise.
• Availability to work Mondays through Friday from 8:00 AM-5:30 PM and Saturdays from 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.

This is an entry level position with opportunities for training and advancement within the Company.
