BMW of Peabody, part of The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking to hire a Part Time Cashier/Receptionist. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers. Pay Rate - $17.00 per hour
Schedule includes the below, but flexibility in shift coverage is a plus
- Tuesday 3pm-7pm and every other Saturday 8am-5pm Rt. 114 location
- Thursday 3pm-6pm Centennial Dr. location
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Enjoy client interaction
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to run a multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel)
- Desire to learn and grow
What you will do:
- Answer telephone lines in a courteous manner
- Count money in drawer at the beginning & end of shift
- Run credit card closing report
- Receive repair orders and payment from customers
- Scan completed Repair Orders into our digital archiving system
- Receipt in sales deposits/CODs
- Create receipts and collect payment from service customers for over use of fuel in loaner cars
- Assist in vehicle inventory processes
- Assist in loaner process and other administrative tasks
