Chef Thomas Keller's French bakery, Bouchon Bakery, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food and wine to join our culinary brigade as a Chef de Partie.

A take on the French boulangerie, Bouchon Bakery highlights artisanal breads, pastries and sandwiches with both French and American influences prepared fresh daily. Originally conceived to provide fresh bread to the restaurants, Bouchon Bakery has grown into a central community gathering place for locals and visitors alike.

Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 3+ years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.
