Patent Litigation Attorney - P/T for Elite Boutique Job at Bridgeline Solutions
Elite CA-based patent law boutique (our client) seeks a mid to senior-level patent attorney to assist part-time on substantial litigations. Would serve as Of Counsel to the firm.
Must be admitted to PTO but can be admitted to ANY State Bar.
Most of the work involves federal court litigation, but there may be some prosecution as well.
Preference for those with electrical engineering or computer science backgrounds and experience.
From 15 to 30 hours per week likely on an ongoing basis.
