A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are a positive person with great customer service skills and a passion for helping others through our natural healthcare. Leveraging your excellent relationship-building skills, you evaluate chiropractic treatment options and effectively explain and sell them to patients. You carefully document all patient encounters and accept payments. Helping around the office, you always keep your workspace clean and assist other team members when needed. You feel good about using your sales and customer service skills to help our clients become healthy and happy!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Ability to motivate clients to follow care plans
- Skills such as being a people person, confident, and reliable
A two-year degree is preferred but not required. Are you a great listener with excellent communication skills? Can you contribute to high company morale? Are you customer service-oriented and sales savvy? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
