We are hiring a full time Patient Service Coordinators to work in our Uniontown and Connellsville Outpatient Offices.

What we do here:

In our Outpatient Programs the core of our service is to provide adults and children Individual, Family or Group Therapy to promote positive outcomes for mental health treatment. We have Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists who serve an array of specialty areas in Uniontown and Connellsville.

How does this job contribute to the program?

The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) works at the Front Desk greeting patients when they arrive or leave for appointments or open access. In addition, the PSC will also work in our Call Center to take all incoming calls to the Agency. Most of these calls are directed to Outpatient Operations however, there are calls that need to be transferred to Administration or one of the other programs.

What is the compensation for this position?

Call Center from home ranges from $12.50 to $15.00
Call Center in office ranges from $13.00 to $15.50
Front Desk and Open Access Registration ranges from $14.00 to $16.50

What is a typical schedule for this position?

Call Center operates Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Front Desk operates at 7:30 am and close times vary from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm through the week.

What are the qualifications to get this job?

To be qualified for this role you must have a high school diploma or GED. Preferred applicants will have an associate degree in Medical Office Administration and/or one year of experience. All employees must have an ACT 31 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate, FBI Clearance, PA State Criminal Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance.
