Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

• 
  Performs payroll functions through accurate processing and maintenance of payroll-related data:
• Daily administration of timeclock issues such as missed punches.
• Processes all payroll data necessary to complete payroll process.
• Reviews and/or gains approval for payroll-related changes.
• Answers questions and resolves issues regarding payroll related issues.
• Generates and distributes reports as necessary (i.e. employee information, accruals, turnover, salary roster, statistical data, etc.).
• Generates check requisitions for payroll related deductions as necessary.
• Responds to and completes wage and employment verifications in a timely manner.
• Regularly conducts data and payroll audits, review of scheduled hours versus actual worked hours, and other audits necessary to ensure that system data is an accurate reflection of our employee base.
• Supports Corporate Manager of Payroll and other corporate HR team members as necessary.
• Enters new hire information and coordinate drug screen and background checks.
• Proccesses pay adjustments, garnishments, expense reimbursements, etc.
