As the Accounting Manager for Sun Realty, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll checks, accounts payable, sales closings and commission checks, are issued in a timely manner with reliability and confidentiality. The Payroll Manager partners with Human Resources to successfully onboard/offboard employees, administer time off benefits and ensure accurate payroll deductions for enrolled benefits. To execute the job successfully, you must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily with a good attitude, and the ability to work well with others.

In addition to competitive compensation, position ranges from $40,000 - $55,000/year based on experience, other perks include:

Requirements:


  • Experience with payroll software, ADP, Paycom or Paylocity.
  • Knowledge of FLSA, COBRA, ACA
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, and use of basic formulae and conditional formatting for analysis
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including calendar and tasks
  • Critical thinking skills

What you will do for Sun Realty:

  • Processing payroll for year-round and seasonal employees.
  • Review of quarterly and annual payroll tax filings prepared by chosen payroll software provider, including annual ACA reporting requirements.
  • Establishing new employees in payroll records, maintaining existing files following documented record retention
  • Reconcile payroll deductions for each Insurance carrier and remit monthly invoices
