Job Description

This position is responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll; therefore superior attendance at work is necessary. This position will also demonstrate a high level of integrity. In-depth payroll knowledge, and a pro-active approach to customer service.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Managing a full complement of company benefit programs, including open enrollment processes and vendor liaison.

· Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes(Local, State and quarterly)

  • Maintaining payroll records in ADP Workforce Management and ADP Workforce Now Time & Attendance system
  • Assisting with Payroll, Reimbursements & Deductions
  • Maintaining payroll differentials
  • Generating ADP reports
  • Tracking employees paid time off & holiday pay
  • Mange day-to-day administration of all health and Welfare plans including 401K, ACA, Cobra, and FSA
  • Work closely with Payroll, finance, to ensure the accuracy of benefit deductions, payroll and billing reconciliation as well as adjustments.

Education, Qualifications, Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of payroll and benefit experience in a fast paced environment REQUIRED
  • Experience in ADP Workforce Management and ADP Workforce Now REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of payroll protocols, record keeping and multi-state taxation
  • High level Excel skills .
  • Excellent organizational skills, writing skills and documentation skills required
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
