PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE CONSULTATIONS ON GROUP-WIDE PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK AND SOLUTIONS TO LOCAL KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN ORDER TO STRATEGICALLY ALIGN INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT PLANNING TO OPTIMISE ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of strategy and guidelines for all People Development-related topics
- Managing performance review processes and tools Develop managers to reinforce the importance of employee development, rewarding high performance, and addressing under performance
- Provide & update content for Company wide HR system
- Define the local learning & development framework and its content
- Set standards for and support development of the learning solutions
- Support Site / Multi-Site BPs in Talent & Performance processes and instruments
- Identifying critical workforce requirements relevant to skills, competencies, and performance outcomes
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Psychology or Human Resources Management
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the field of People Development in an international and industrial group; or comparable skillset with many years of relevant professional experience.
- Expert knowledge of core processes and frameworks in the area of people development, adult learning and talent management
- Professional work attitude, solid communication competence with excellent advisory skills
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus
