Summary

Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to join our employee-driven organization and help our People team recruit and retain dedicated, mission-focused employees. The newly created People Operations Manager position, reporting to the Chief People Officer, will be responsible for all components of Human Resource and will serve as a resource for managers and employees.

General Responsibilities

· Works collaboratively to develop an engaging and supportive culture.

· Provides guidance on interpretation of policies and procedures as well as coaches and guides managers and People team with all human resource operations.

· Conducts employee relations functions including investigations, corrective action, coaching, terminations, and unemployment claims.

· Collaborates with People team and management to implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.

· Develops job descriptions.

· Oversee administration of HRIS software and performance management program.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, other related discipline, or equivalent experience required.

· 5+ years of Human Resource experience required.

· 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.

· Strong employee relations experience required.
