We are seeking a People Team Business Partner to join the Savage X Fenty team! The right person for this role will be both strategic and tactical, and passionate about teamwork. This person is a change champion, a trusted advisor and thought partner and is also committed to ever-increasing self-awareness and personal development. Working with all levels of management, this individual will have the ability to command and influence and will partner with organization stakeholders to develop and implement short- and long-term talent strategies.
This position will report to the VP, People.
What you will do:
- Understand the pulse of the larger organization at all levels and utilize this perspective to contribute to People Team strategies, communications, and own collaboration with Savage x Fenty leaders in creating mutually beneficial solutions that foster a fully engaged organization.
- Drive talent programs that create a high-contributing, relationship-focused culture which supports the attainment of company specific goals, positively impacts our growth, and helps our employees and customers live their passion.

- Be a trusted advisor to leaders on building teams, culture and results which benefit our people and our business.
- Responsible for responding to ER-related issues in ways consistent with our values and standards.
- Utilize key talent and business metrics to monitor, advise and partner with the business to foster employee engagement and proactively manage attrition and retention.
- Develop and deliver presentations to across the organization, depending on need, regarding progress and results of key initiatives
- Support the execution of employee movement processes and administration including onboarding, off-boarding, transfers, contingent orientation, new hire orientation, IT partnership and Leaves of Absence.
What you can bring:
- 5+ years of professional experience as part of a People Team
- 3+ Years HR partnership with E-Commerce and/or Retail client group preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skill, with the ability to communicate authentically and consult effectively
- Able to move through ambiguity and create structure where needed
- Independent thinker, direct communicator, willing to speak your mind
- Willingness to learn & experiment - no ego
- Highly accountable, driven to make an impact
- Experience in coaching and providing training for different levels of management is a plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $97,000 to $120,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
