Personal Assistant for 2 Co-Presidents of Aerospace distribution company. Looking for help managing day to day life activities to allow them to focus on growing their business.
Hybrid role of remote work and on-site visits when needed. Location will be split between Hollywood (home), Encino (home) and Valencia (office).
Duties:
Organization skills such as:
- helping to keep home organized
- Deal with home upkeep
- Project Managment and Organization
- excellent schedule and calendar organization
- Manage monthly payments for office, deliveries etc.
- Make arrangements to up keep house, like cleaning services
- Make travel arrangements
Cooking knowledge
- Comfortable in the kitchen
- Meal prep
- Food Shopping
Requirements:
- Previous related experience 2+ years
- Cooking knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
