ExecuSource has partnered with a large Dermatology group based outside of Austin, TX and we are assisting them on their search for a Physician Recruiter! This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity and HR is actively setting up interviews this week and next.
Job Title: Physician Recruiter
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $50,000 to $60,000 - eligible for 10% performance bonus
Location: Flexible work from home option
Job Summary
The recruiter will be responsible for clinical recruitment for all Sanova locations. He/she will work directly under the VP of HR to ensure Sanova meets its clinical recruitment goals. Candidates must be based in Central Texas (Austin).

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-lifecycle searches to identify, attract, and hire Physicians and Advance Practice Providers.
- Responsible for candidate cold-calling, lead generation, pre-screening, and follow-up.
- Develop recruitment strategies/campaigns.
- Liaison for communication between the recruitment department, operations/marketing, practice managers, and candidates.
- Retain database of all candidate information, including: CV, contact information, referrals, and follow-up information.
- Meet/exceed quarterly goals and targets.
- Minimum one year of healthcare or Physician recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of medical industry, physician market, and other medical specialties.
