In this role you’ll be…
working as part of the Platform Customer Service team managing international order flows in effort to reach service level agreements, meet compliance objectives and enhance our customer's overall experience.

You should possess…
Minimum of 5 years of International Business Administration or Logistics experience with focus in customer service.

Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Enter and follow up on orders placed in the ERP to maximize service level and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely manner communication with customers and any other partner (carrier, custom broker, etc)
  • Process Export documents; maintain necessary records, declarations, files, KPI’s and reports
  • Prepare single/bulk airfreight/ocean - LTL-Parcel shipments
  • Daily / weekly metric tracking
  • Communication with supervisor and team members
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as ensuring continual compliance with government rules and regulations, changes in policy, and other government matters through daily monitoring.


Education and/or Experience Required:

  • International Business Administration Associates degree or related discipline
  • 5 years of equivalent work experience in International Order Management or Logistics with a focus on Exports
  • SAP Experience
  • Hazmat, 49CFR, IATA, OSHA IMO certifications/experience
  • Bilingual English / Spanish.
