Greet all Golf Club members and guests.

Provide instruction on proper cart handling and loading of clubs on the golf carts. Attend to golf bags.

Ensure adequate level of range balls; collect, clean and deliver balls; rotate mats and ensure proper lighting and tee alignment.

Maintain and clean water in club cleaner and ball washer.

Pick up golf balls be hand or drives vehicle equipped with trailer that automatically picks up balls as vehicle moves over the fairway.

Remove trash and debris; cull cracked or damaged range balls.
Assist in project work: construction of drainage, bunkers, tees, greens and fairways.

Qualifications:
One to two years of customer service experience.
Valid California driver’s license is required and insurable in company policy.
Basic operation of a workstation (turning on/off, knowledge of basic functions and components) and general office equipment. Use/storage/maintenance of multiple usernames and passwords. Computer-related problem-solving skills through the use of available trainings and help desk.
Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment as evidenced by positive employment references from previous and current employers.
Knowledge of standard tools, equipment, materials, methods and techniques used in maintenance of golf carts; operation and maintenance of tools, equipment and machinery used in the building trades; Operate and maintain hand and power tools and equipment
Observe health and safety regulations and procedures; safe work practices and procedures; proper lifting techniques
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; follow oral and written directions ·
Operate golf cart, golf ball picker, ball washer, ball dispenser, pressure washer and golf cart jack
Work cooperatively with others
Provide excellent customer service
