About the Job:

Do you have a passion for healthcare administration in a managerial role? Essex Inpatient Physicians (EIP) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our administrative team at our office located in North Andover, MA. Our ideal candidate is someone with a background in human resources who is looking to use their knowledge and outstanding work ethic to successfully oversee and assist a team dedicated to supporting our healthcare leaders. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, monitoring HR policies and compliance, creating financial estimates and dashboards, tracking and reporting quality metrics, and supervising our administrative staff and front desk operations to ensure an organized and efficiently run office environment.

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Full-time, Exempt, Office-based
  • Annual Salary Range: $58K - $65K
  • Reports to: Director of Administrative Operations

Founded in 2007, EIP staffs physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners at local rehabilitation hospitals, behavioral health hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities in eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and coastal Maine. About You (Skills and Qualifications):

  • Experienced in supervising an administrative team in an office setting
  • Knowledgeable about HR practices, OSHA, and employment laws
  • Proficient in Excel to create financial estimates and update facility dashboards
  • Knowledgeable about quality reporting measures
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn and retain medical regulations and terminology
  • Capable of managing and completing administrative projects as requested
  • Willing to take on additional position-related tasks/duties as assigned
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem solve to meet deadlines
  • Compliant with all HIPAA policies, patient confidentiality, and privacy
