Hlavinka Equipment Company is looking for a Precision Farming (PF) Technician to join our team! We are looking for a candidate with a good attitude, and Candidate must possess excellent customer service and organization skills, self-motivation and must be able to communicate proficiently and effectively, in English, to co-workers, management, and customers. Candidate must possess proficient knowledge of basic computing systems, while mastering the knowledge of Company equipment software and systems.

Position responsibilities may include but are not limited to: providing technical support on all sales products, meeting with customers and vendors as necessary, looking for opportunities for growth in both selling PF applications and servicing equipment, maintaining certification requirements with vendors, working in service role capacity in overflow situations as needed, completing supporting paperwork/documents timely as well as maintaining and enhancing all current and future relationships in the Hlavinka territory.

A candidate with experience in either agriculture, construction or technology is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation : Compensation for this position will be discussed with the selected party. Negotiable to current skillset and experience. Hlavinka Equipment Company does provide competitive pay, commissions, laptop/cell phone as necessary and company vehicle.
