As a Precision Support Specialist at FMH, you will support our precision technology initiatives by maximizing precision technology usage for crop insurance by promoting software, process, and technology solutions to drive agency and farmer performance and adoption. This position is service focused and works closely with AVP Business Development (AVP BD) and Precision Technology Specialists (PTS) as part of precision solutions that enables America’s farmers to clothe, feed, and fuel the world.

REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
Experience: One to three years of mapping experience and crop insurance experience highly desirable.- Education: Associates degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good verbal, written, and customer service-type skills important.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary point of contact for Precision Technology solutions for inbound inquiries regarding precision solutions. Provides responses and/or solutions to problems and concerns of a moderately complex level.
- Works with new and existing precision agents to identify additional precision growth, and to utilize data to drive conversations and further adoption.
- Promotes FMH software and technical solutions online to customers in an effort to increase FMH precision solutions market share.
- Increases overall agency competency level on Precision Technology policies by delivering defined system training, precision equipment training, and supporting general agency questions.
- Partners with FMH sales, claims, and underwriting to drive towards precision solutions competency goals by providing territory plans, supporting precision claims data needs, and strong cross-team communication.
