Tier One Relocation:

Tier One is a military relocation company headquartered in Weirton, WV. We manage relocation for military members and their families across the nation and are dedicated to providing the best in class service throughout the relocation process.

Position Summary:

Responsible for processing surveys taken prior to a military move into a proprietary system which produces the DOT required government bill of lading. Must be exceptionally customer service oriented, have effective listening, verbal and written communication skills and possess a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:

· High school diploma.

· Some college courses or Associates Degree preferred but not required.

· Data entry and process experience.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Proficient computer skills – MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

· Detail-oriented with superior organizational skill, strong time management and the ability to prioritize and complete assignments on schedule.

· Positive interpersonal and problem resolution skills.

· Professional, friendly customer-centered demeanor.

Job Functions:

· Track and obtain documentation pertaining to a military move.

· Processing pertinent information to ensure each military relocation is properly serviced.

· Working with individual military bases in order to obtain pertinent information and approval for services needed.

· Timely respond to agent and government facility inquiries.

· Answer and direct incoming calls.

· Provide excellent customer service using sound judgement and decision making.

· General clerical duties.

· Ability to interpret procedures and ensure understanding of compliance.

· Performs other job-related duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
