About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager to lead the technology observability product areas. Technology observability products at Wells Fargo provide end to end solutions including critical health and availability insights to application and platform team supporting operational monitoring and troubleshooting.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a top subject matter expert to lead digital products, initiatives, for a functional area within the digital environment with enterprise impact, high risk and/or with significant scope, cost, and benefits.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and resolution.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
  • Influence, digital strategy for the business line or enterprise that significantly impacts the organization's business and financial operations.
  • Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
  • Represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events.
  • Remote work is not available for this position.
  • This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfers.
Required Qualification s :
  • 10+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Pay Range
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00 Annual
