Product Manager
Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the
Abzac Radial Core and/or Tape & Label Core Lifecycle. Their responsibilities are to search out, gather, handle, and prioritize our customer needs and wants. The Product Manager will also ensure that our product supports Abzac’s overall strategy and goals. They will need to understand why customers buy our products as well as what the competition is doing. The Product Manager will work closely with the sales, engineering, and quality teams to turn the vision into reality.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of communication. Communicate a clear vision and strategy.
- Define the roadmap and overall strategy of our product.
- Understand our customer needs and be able to interpret customer feedback.
- Provide guidance in terms of making our product. Knowing the requirements and then translating to the engineering department.
- Managing of deadlines.
- Create strong cohesion amongst our cross-functional teams, which include sales, engineering and quality teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proven work experience as a product manager.
- Experience with standard operating procedures.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Analytical thinker.
- Ability to project manage. Have the ability to manage people, budgets and complex projects and bring them to completion on time and on budget.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
