About this role
PetDesk is looking for a remote full-stack Product Manager to bring life to our mission to build technology that helps you better connect with pet parents. Successful candidates have built new products at scale and developed roadmaps in a SaaS environment. In this role, you will own the vision and strategy, ensuring that PetDesk integrates seamlessly and delightfully everywhere our users are looking to drive PetDesk adoption and sustained engagement/value across all client experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Product, this impactful role requires strong and proactive leadership and the ability to drive large, cross-functional product initiatives independently. You will work in an environment where negotiation is key to the best ideas; you will also be expected to use your creativity and drive to bring new features and ideas to market. You will partner with seasoned engineers and a designer to plan, drive, and execute key product initiatives that cover multiple features.

  • Define product strategy and vision for PetDesk's client's experience using agile best practices
  • Identify and prioritize adoption and retention opportunities by collecting, analyzing, and using both qualitative and quantitative research from customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and drive vendor and partner relationships
  • Identify, conceptualize, and manage roadmaps, providing prioritization guidance
  • Foster collaboration and build strong working relationships with engineering, design, sales, customers success, and marketing stakeholders
  • Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with GTM teams in creating internal and external launch plans

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with a record of launching successful B2B2C products to market
  • Primary experience working with teams in an Agile environment throughout the entirety of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical launch
  • Deep understanding of managing a product roadmap, defining user experience, and leading innovation to improve customers' experience
  • Track record of defining and analyzing metrics that inform the vision and success of products
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Pendo, or similar tools with the ability to quickly learn and assess new technology
  • Huge plus! Managing integrations, eCommerce, or payments experience
