HCLTech is looking for Process Manager (Part time)

Location -Farmington, Michigan, United States(remote).

Responsibility

Job Requirements

• Establish as SME to manage lifecycle of new and existing AIM items by liaising with application engineering, program management, quality, and manufacturing.Diligent documentation of process using tools like Visio, PowerPoint and Word Document and ensure it is up – to date.
• Provide training/ information workshop to all stake holders of any process updates
• Ensure continuous improvement of the process

Arena Tool Admin

• Testing and configure of PLM workspace to enable AIM, SCR, OTA and other process implementation
• Add new attributes, fields and lifecycle phase as defined by process
• Provide tool training and mentoring to users.
• Interface with Arena support to ensure bug management and new feature implementation
• Interface with Arena
• Tool Know How: Arena

Component Lifecycle Management:

• Establish rules, process and audits to facilitate continuous component obsolescence management reducing risk of product designs based-off obsolete components
• Maintain process document and evaluation reporting to maintain active electronic components in PLM tool Arena.
• Create alerts to receive PCNs on components used in active BOMs.
• Coordinate with Sourcing and Supply Chain Team to update the component information (Lifecycle status, AEC Qualification) in SE Database
• Tool Know How: Silicon Expert

Skills

• Knowledge of automotive product development (Hardware) process and change management
• Excellent communication including public speaking skills, ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
• Excellent time management skills, attention to details, strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
• Ability to work independently and in team environment.

Technical

• Change and Configuration management tools such as Arena.
• Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Process mapping tools such as Visio.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: From $11.40 per hour
