At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Industrial Assemblers/Machine Operators to work for a reputable company in West Henrietta, NY. These are temp to hire opportunities working either the 1st or 2nd shift. We’re here to help you find something great that works for you!
What does a typical day look like for this position? You’ll be:
- Machine Operating or Assembling (depending on the department you're placed in.)
- Following work instructions/blueprints.
- Processing glass (cleaning, core drilling, dicing, laser marking, beveling, etc.)
- Inspecting products using precision measuring equipment/ and documenting/reporting variances.
- Packaging and labeling, then order processing/shipping of the finished filters, sets and assemblies.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with an eye for quality control.
